What You Need To Know About Tuesday’s Special Election
Let’s step back from the turmoil in Richmond and focus on what we in Fairfax need to do to uphold democratic values like diversity, equity and opportunity. Read this letter from Dan Lagana, Chair of the Fairfax County Democratic Committee.
As Dan says, every Democrat in Fairfax needs to contact friends, family, neighbors and colleagues that vote in Virginia House of Delegates District 86 – some of those voters live in Loudoun County. In Sully District, HD-86 includes people that vote at Carson MS, Oak Hill ES and Franklin MS (Armfield precinct only).
Dr. Samirah’s campaign has been sending out teams of volunteers to knock on voters’ door. Many potential voters don’t know there is an election next Tuesday. We will be sending out more door-to-door teams on Saturday through Monday (Presidents’ Day). If you can help, contact Cameron McClimans.
OR just show up at 902 N Gunnell Ct. in Herndon. Cam’s teams start out every couple of hours.
If you can’t go door-to-door, then use social media and texts to blast out information about Dr. Samirah’s election.
