Fairfax County Delegate Caucuses Canceled

Congratulations to all Fairfax County Democrats who prefiled to be a Delegate or Alternate at our 2012 Congressional District and State Conventions.

All those who filed valid Prefiling Forms with their magisterial chairs by the 5:00 pm April 16 deadline are accepted. Pursuant to the caucus rules adopted by the Fairfax County Democratic Committee, since the number of people who prefiled in ALL magisterial district caucuses in the 8th, 10th, and 11th Congressional Districts was equal to or less than the number of Delegates and Alternates allocated to the respective districts, the caucuses are hereby canceled.

There will be opportunities for those who still would like to be a Delegate or Alternate, please check back for details about that.
