January 11, Road to Richmond Brunch – This is one of two major Fairfax County Democratic Committee (FCDC) fundraisers for the year. Special guests at this brunch will be Congressman James Walkinshaw among other elected officials. Tables have ten seats and, if possible, Sully attendees will be seated together. So if you plan on attending, best to purchase your tickets early to help with their seat planning and socialize with fellow Sully Dems. To register and pay use this link: Brunch

January 13 - Special Election for the 11th HD – Sully Dems has one precinct in this district, Difficult Run. We will be staffing this election day in partnership with the Providence Dems as this location is also one of their precincts (imagine that!). These precincts are located at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax, 2709 Hunter Mill Road, Oakton. If you have any availability to staff our table outside the polling place for two or more hours, please sign up at our Jan 6th meeting or our next newsletter when the online sign-up will be available. Our Democratic candidate, Gretchen Bulova, and voters need our support and we need to replace a Dem with a Dem. If you live in this precinct, be sure to cast YOUR vote and encourage your neighbors to do the same.

January 28 – Show Sully Some Love Fundraiser Starts! Sully Dems need your financial support more than ever this year! We have members, friends, volunteers, enthusiasm and strong desire to make an impact, but need vital monetary support. This is strictly an ask for $$$. If you can, please consider donating – any amount will help! Show Sully Some Love will run thru the end of Feb. Won't you be Sully’s Valentine?

February 17, Sully Dems Precinct Captains Meeting, 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Please mark your calendar if you are a current or potential Precinct Captain for this first and important meeting of the new year. Location: Sully District Government Center.
