Hello, fellow Sully Dems!

Here are some updates on events happening during the rest of August and throughout September (and October!):

  • Canvassing for Jennifer Wexton
Thanks to lots of scouting by Sully member Dave Kochendarfer, State Senator Jennifer Wexton opened her campaign office in the Sully District last week. Join Jennifer’s team to change Congress and stop by:

    4229 Lafayette Center Drive
    Suite 1750
Chantilly, VA (Click here for map.)

State Senator Wexton’s campaign is canvassing every Saturday (10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.) and Sunday (12 p.m. and 4 p.m.). Tell your family, friends and neighbors and come out to help! Contact voted@sullydemocrats.org.

  • BACK-TO-SCHOOL-NIGHTS – Do a Little, Help a Lot
Back-to-School Nights (BTSN) start TONIGHT with training at the Fair Oaks Police Station (Click here for map.). Encourage friends, family and neighbors to attend.

We need a TEAM of volunteers to hand out BTSN literature and answer questions at all the public schools in Sully. If all the times at your local school are taken, please look for open places at other locations. We have many areas of the district with limited connection to their voters. Volunteering for Back-To-School Night needs more work. Please sign up for as many places as you are able to handle.

  • Donate to Jennifer Wexton
Thursday, August 23rd, 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Oak Hill neighborhood.
If you haven’t met her, State Sen. Wexton is genuinely interested in voters, easy to talk to, informed and dynamic. Hosts Barbara and Robert Glacel hope to see you there.
